Little Tid-Bits

This section is to give little nuggets of info that I find to be useful.  I will add info as I think of it.

Enjoy!

*Use a Bounce dryer sheet to repel flies and mosquitoes instead of harsh chemical bug sprays.  Rub the dryer sheet over exposed skin and on clothing to keep the bugs away.  I also hang the sheet under the hood of my baby stroller to keep the bloodsuckers away.  You'll also smell nice and fresh :-)

*Before microwaving food, use a spray bottle filled with water to spritz the food a few times.  This will keep the food from drying out in the microwave.  You can also use a mug filled partially with water and put it in the microwave while heating the food.  I prefer the spray bottle though.

*Use vinegar and peroxide to remove the urine smell from your bathroom.  Spray walls and floor around the toilet with each and let it sit for a few minutes before wiping it up.  Problem solved!

*Teach your child that if they get lost to find a mom with kids to ask for help.
